M/s. Shakti Pattern Industries, a Sole Proprietorship Firm, was founded in 1980 by Mr. Vasudev Suthar (Gopal Suthar) after having a decade long work experience in foundries and pattern making. We specialize in forming large and medium size patterns, made of teak wood, aluminum and shell core die. These also include patterns with matched-plate mountings to meet all the requirements of quality and schedule.

We have developed a complete infrastructure consisting of in-house facilities for machining wood and aluminum patterns and related instrumentation.

To assure dimensional accuracy and tolerances, we have recently acquired & commissioned CNC Vertical Machine Center (i.e. BFW Agni TC 45 ATC 20 & BFW BMV 60) specially equipped to meet our requirement. We also have imported from Australia 2 new generation wood working machines (commissioned & validation every year). Highly skilled and purposely trained employees base up this physical infrastructure to deliver the most accurate patterns.

We emphasize on accuracy and timely delivery of our patterns. A system of every-stage inspection of modules/ components is developed at our end. At every stage of pattern making, accuracy and elimination of errors is ensured in the whole structure of pattern with cores box.

Additionally, we have implemented ISO: 9001 -2015 Quality assurance practices and is so certified by Canadian  Certification Body (European body Accreditation). We also design patterns working with the customer or their designated foundry to meet customer's exacting.
